Truck Bed Covers

Truck bed covers are very popular truck accessories. Whether a simple canvas cover, or one that offers a hard shell, they are an ideal way to help protect the contents of your truck bed. They can also help improve the fuel economy of the truck as well.

Truck bed covers generally come in two varieties; caps and covers. Caps are almost always a hard shell that rests atop the bed and is level with the cab of the truck. They are sometimes referred to as camper shells.

However, truck bed covers are designed to lay flat across the bed of the truck. They can be designed as hard covers, complete with locking mechanisms and hydraulics to help lift it up and down. They can also be nothing more than simple sheet of canvas that rolls out much like a window shade.
